Sedona USA
Quote from MikeL on October 29, 2024, 2:27 pmFantastic work on that one. I've flown there in real life several times, so flying there in MSFS with your scenery was quite a treat. 15 euro donation sent!
Once you expand your storage, please consider Zion and Bryce National Parks in Utah USA. There are versions on flightsim.to, but aren't very good.

Quote from Guest on November 14, 2024, 6:50 pmI downloaded Zion. Wow! It's much better than the other version and has a much larger coverage. Most of the vertical cliff face textures are excellent as well. However, at least on my machine, one area has issues (a white stripe) near the east entrance road.
I also noted that the LOD is lower than Sedona. I assume you had to make this tradeoff to cover a larger area.
Thanks!

I also wanted to say that a student from my department was killed in a flash flood here in 2022. So, flying around the area is bittersweet. You can certainly see why this could occur, as some parts of the canyon are very narrow, and there is no way to escape if the water level rises.

Quote from MikeL on November 17, 2024, 2:04 pmI do have more comments. Is it possible to increase the LOD in the main canyon where most buildings and big trees are located?
Also, what do you think about allowing autogenerated trees in your scenery? I know they don't look good sometimes, but trees aren't resolved very well at the current LOD.
thanks again!
